FLAWLESS This was a great way to see the island of Gozo. It takes a very short amount of time to get used to it and when you do you fly along the course. This was definitely one of the best activities in Gozo.

Sanap Cliffs, Munxar Segway Tour We had a great day yesterday on the Gozo Segway tour. Would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Gozo to do. Our guide / instructor was Peter Checkmate & he was brilliant. His knowledge of the Island was 1st class & his instructor skills were 2nd to none. Make sure you ask for him when doing on one of these tours.

Great Fun! We did the Sanap Cliffs tour which gave us beautiful views whilst the sun set.

Kevin our guide made sure everyone in the group (with mixed confidences) was comfortable on how to use the segways before heading off. We covered a good distance with plenty of time for stops where our guide was very knowledgeable.

I would definitely recommend this tour to someone visiting Gozo.

The best way to discover Gozo. My first e-bike trip. Extra power from the engine is very useful in the mountains. A very friendly tour guide showed some interesting places. I definitely recommend 🙂

Highlight of our holiday Our afternoon tour of the north coast was easily the best part of our holiday on Gozo. Communication before the tour and organisation of the tour itself are all excellent. Being on a segway is fun, but what makes the Gozo Segway Tours experience particularly good is that the routes are really well designed so that you see lots of the sights on the island and Peter our guide gave us loads of really interesting information about everything that we saw without turning it in to a lecture. The tour struck the perfect balance between the fun of the segway experience and the interest of exploring the island. I'm in my 50s and I had two teenage boys with me, one very sporty, the other with Aspergers Syndrome and not in the slightest bit sporty. The fact that we all independently listed the tour as the best part of our holiday shows the breadth of appeal of the tour.

Gozo Segway Tour 🙂 Last week my friends and I spent a weekend in Gozo. We went on a tour on segways and it was such a great experience! Our tour guide Javier was extremely patient, nice and helpful. We really had fun and we really had a great time with him. Thank you Javier and well done Gozo segway for this magnificent experience this summer. We will surely recommend it 🙂

This way of exploring Gozo is highly recommended! Beautiful scenery all over, off-road (if you dare) takes you to more remote secret places. Swimming in the crystal-clear water was eminent. Thank you, Lee for giving us this fantastic experience, even my two teenage children were excited-)

Javier made our trip to Gozo enjoyable and fun. We learned so much from him about the island, people living there, local nature. It was a pleasure to chat with him and it was definetely one of the best tours I have ever done. Segway experience was worth a try. Great and fun way to see the island! We booked the "Salt Pans to Ta'Pinu" tour and we loved it. So much fun and we could get to see very nice places and amazing views. I’m so glad I booked this experience. It was the highlight of my trip to Malta/Gozo and I’d highly recommend it to anyone. I’m a keen road cyclist and was keen to experience an eBike. They’re great and made the hill climbs effortless! Kevin is so knowledgable and passionate about Gozo and this makes for an extra special experience. Memorable day out in Gozo with Javier This was just the second time we'd been out on a Segway - we loved the hour we had out in Madrid last week, so signed up for a 5 hour tour in Gozo. We couldn't have had a better Tour Guide or a better Segway tour experience ! Javier met us as planned coming off the ferry that arrived in Gozo at 9,30am. After 10 mins tuition and safety briefing on the Segways, we were out on the start of a 15km tour of Gozo to places that we'd never have reached under our own steam. Javier's not just an amazing tour guide, he's quite an authority on the flora and fauna - stopping regularly to sample wild rocket lettuce, lavender, prickly pears (sweet !) capers, fennel, figs, wild almonds.
We got to see some amazing historic churches, caves above the bay with incredible views of half of the island, time for a swim in the clearest water you've ever seen, had newly baked pizza - hot from the oven in a village bakery.
We left the main roads behind and mostly used small farm tracks across the island , stopping regularly for pics when the views were just too good to miss. The Segway had a saddle bag attached to the front - plenty of space for water (provided) and for a camera if need be. I had a heavier camera bag over my shoulder which didn't seem to bother the Segway at all. I think the highlight for me was finding our way into a cave high up on the hillside and seeing the bay in front of us where we'd been swimming just 20 mins earlier.
I couldn't recommend the Tour and Javier's care any more highly.

Heel erg leuk Het is niet moeilijk om de segways te bereiden en na 10 minuutjes is het al heel leuk. De tour zelf was prachtig en op mooie natuur wegen. Ook was de gids heel aardig en hij vertelde veel over alle dingen tijdens de tour. Conclusie: Een superrr leuke tour!

Great scenic spots, loved the cave overlooking Ramla beach. Pierre was welcoming and took us on an alternative route so we could see the Salt Pans. Fantastic morning spent seeing the real essence of Gozo!

Awesome Tour with Marc. Very beautiful Island and great spots visited. Marc was really nice and knowledgeable. Great communication with Kevin, only the garage is a little hidden around a corner. Would totally do the tour again. Also really glad we had ebikes, there were a lot of hills.

The bike trip was super nice and surpassed my expectations! It was my first ever bike trip and I was delighted. We saw the island of Gozo in a way we would not have been able to on our own.
Kevin was super communicative and everything was perfectly well arranged. The tried bakery was super yummy!

Fantastic way to see some highlights of Gozo and brilliant fun We booked the cross-country tour and absolutely loved everything about it. We had a very early start from Valletta in Malta ( a bus trip and ferry to Gozo) and were met at the ferry port by Javier with segways. We were joined by another couple, who like us had been on a segway before so after a safety briefing and short practice we set off.

Javier was a great guide: friendly, knowledgeable about the island and it's history and obviously expert on the segway. He took us to villages and local beauty spots and fantastic view points. We had lots of stop offs for photos and drinks, had pizza for lunch from a local bakery and a swim in the sea.

This was a long tour but the time flew by.

The tour is mainly off road and is brilliant. I would recommend it as a great activity and a perfect way see the beautiful Gozo. Thank you Javier!

More than just a Segway experience Many thanks to Xavier for our tour of the Ta Cenc area on Wednesday. We were delighted to find you had prepared well for our trip by providing water and sunscreen. The training was excellent and out confidence grew quickly meaning that we could concentrate on the many things you pointed out along the way. We bought some prickly pear marmalade at your recommendation and love it! Xavier showed us many of the flora and fauna of the area and knew the history of the various buildings near and far. I highly recommend this to everyone.

This experience was certainly the highlight of our 6 days trip to Malta. Hosts were amazing and there’s something magical about exploring a new place by bike - stunning views, amazing waters, great conversation and incredible memories. Thanks again!

Brilliant! Very well organised, you start off with clear instructions on how to use your Segway and a practice run, then you're off on your tour. It was great fun, we saw loads of things we wouldn't have found on our own. The tour guide was really friendly and helpful too. Definitely recommend!

Top Notch! What a great way to visit the island! My husband and I are Segway aficionados and the visit exceeded our expectations. The red route was our choice ( Ta Pinu & the Salt Pans) and we had a great time. Our tour guide Javier was fantastic, very professional and so much fun. Gracias y hasta pronto!

Absolutely 5* We went around the North West part of the island for the 2hr tour around the cliffs, San Dimitri chapel and Ghasri with Javier who was a fantastic and helpful guide. Excellent value for money at €35. Saw the ‘new’ Azure window and a lovely sunset.
This was a great time to go as not so hot as midday.
Good amount of time was given for ‘newbies’ without experienced ones getting bored. Was mainly off the roads on mix of tracks and little quiet roads. Javier gave a good commentary of what we were seeing and provided water for everyone. He also carries first aid and sunblock with him.
Would highly recommend this to anyone (min age apparently 12)

What a great bike tour! Highly recommend this tour. It's a perfect way to explore Gozo. Kevin and Derek are very thoughtful and knowledgeable guides. You'll be in excellent hands.
Looking forward to exploring the other part of the island with them when I return!

Lee was our guide for the electric bike tour. We were slightly late due to missing our bus over in Malta, however this wasn’t a problem.

Lee was laid back & easy going, tailoring our bike ride, wanting to experience culture as well as the beautiful views of Gozo.

We could’ve easily just got the bus around Gozo, however we wouldn’t have seen half of the things we saw/learnt the history about the island & tasted local delicacies at a lovely bakery

I would say this is one of the highlights of our trip, an unforgettable experience & something I would highly recommend! Thank you Lee!!

A super first time on the segway! Had a great first time on the segway with Gozo Segway Tours!

Easy to organize at short notice via email. Price was excellent and the group was small (5 of us plus the instructor- Peter)

Peter was an great teacher and guide and kept us safe throughout! After a short training session to make sure we were all comfortable with the segway, he took us on a lovely tour of the areas around Munxar and the Sannap Cliffs. Gozo is breathtakingly beautiful!!

Would definitely recommend and would go again on another segway tour 🙂

Note: wear comfortable shoes e.g. running shoes and something light. If its a nice day, you'll get a really good tan!
