  • 5 star ratingWonderful Tour, Wonderful Owners Gozo Segway Tours are not to be missed. We had the most wonderful and informative tour with Kevin and Peter, during our short visit to Gozo while visiting the main Island of Malta. This tour is not to be missed. I was traveling with my 14 year old son, and we have both always wanted to ride a Segway. This is the perfect way to learn and enjoy the amazing experience. The quiet of the Island off season, gave us the confidence to "go for it!" Kevin and Peter were great teachers and made us always feel safe as well as providing us with a great deal of fun. We had the chance to see the beauty of the Island, learn about the Sea Salt industry (very interesting!) and take on some very challenging terrain! It is the perfect adventure for a family, couple or even if you are traveling solo. We would ABSOLUTELY visit and do the tours again. The price is very reasonable, and I will tell everyone I know to visit Gozo and put Kevin's Gozo Tours at the top of their list.

Our guide Kevin did a great job learning us how to handle a segway as well as giving us some information about the island during the tour. • 5 star ratingAwesome... You must do this. I've been coming to Gozo for 39 years and without doubt this was the most fun I've had. The guide was friendly and fine, but the main feature was (1) how much fun segways are, (2) how you get to explore nooks and crannies of the island that you'd never normally get to.

I am not very coordinated and thought they'd be hard to drive but the technology is so good that they are hard to fall off.

  • 5 star ratingFantastic tour of Gozo This is the best way to see Gozo and Kevin is a brilliant guide. We took the Salt Pans tour which took 2 hours 30 minutes with spectacular scenery and having visited Gozo several times before we were able to access parts of Gozo that we have not previously visited.

I would highly recommend this tour for anyone that is visiting Gozo.

  • 5 star ratingAmazing Gozo Segway tour! We have just finished a fabulous Segway tour with Javier (we’re still in pebbles with a kinnie!).

We did the Salt Pans to Ta Pino. Javier was an amazing guide, very knowledgeable, clearly popular among the locals, and considerate to the skills and capabilities of the group (and my couple of user errors!). Having been visiting the Maltese islands for 33 years and this time here with a newbie to the islands, I was surprised and thrilled to be taken to previously unknown spots. We have learned about local history, local agriculture and taken in some stunning views, as well as a stop in the bay.

The tour was by far our most exhilarating segway experience and i for one am glad for the refresher of how to operate the segways, particularly on the downhill sections; my boyfriend was perfectly au fait with the segway, but in my moments of wariness I was met with patience and direction. We both agree we’d definitely recommend this tour, not only was it very enjoyable, but great value for money in our opinion.

  • 5 star ratingAmazing experience Our pleasant Italian instructor gave us all a basic lesson in Segway riding in the car park in Marsalforn.
We then rode through the picturesque countryside in the valley ending up back where we started.
It was an exhilarating experience and a great thing to do as a group of friends.

  • 5 star ratingExcellent - You have to do this!! Easy to organise - great email communication... Started with training as never been on a segway before... and we were off!! Peter was the most amazing guide.. he gave us a fantastic tour and shared lots of information about the area, its history and info that only locals would know. We covered a lot of ground and it was so much fun. Peter took lots of photos and footage that was sent to us via Facebook... He also supplied us with water so all we had to focus on was having a great time - which we did. I would highly recommend this as a must do if you want to discover a little more bout Gozo. PS also great stop off for a quick lunch ! Thanks so much !

  • 5 star ratingExcellent way to explore Easy to book and Kevin is very helpful.
Javier was our guide and we did the Salt Pans tour. It is amazing. You get to see so much, parts you wouldn’t see when you were driving and you also learn so much. Javier is very knowledgable and tells you interesting things as you travel along.
Segways are to easy to use. A short 5-10 minute training session and you are off. Javier lets you go at your own pace.
I really do recommend this. 100%. Great value.

  • 5 star ratingSimply Outstanding. A very enjoyable and highly recommended experience and am looking forward to next time already.
This was my first time on a Segway but our excellent guide explained things so well and helped to reassure us. We passed along the Ta Cenc cliffs and spent just over 1 hour exploring the countryside.
Was very straightforward to learn and were well looked after by our guide. A really fun way to explore the more hidden parts of Gozo.

  • 5 star ratingSalt Pans to Ta'Pinu tour What a superb trip. Our guide Xavier was so knowledgable he made the trip first class. He was sympathetic to our needs in the blistering heat and made sure everyone had sufficient water. The route went through some interesting roads (tracks). I was a little apprehensive when coming down some of the steeper hills but Xavier was on hand to guide me down safely, our party of 6 had a fantastic day and some terrific photos to prove it courtesy of our excellent guide. If you want something fun and interesting to do on your trip to Gozo, this is it. Thank you Xavier!

  • 5 star ratingIncredible Tour Incredible Island What can I say. I was recommended this excursion by a friend and did a lastminute enquiry, which was promptly responded to by Kevin. I had to make a quick decision in the morning as to whether I could logistically make the journey, and I am glad I did! My trip started off rough as my ferry from Gozo was delayed in setting off, and so I was late on arrival (sorry again to my other adventurers - Monique and Charles!), but Javier (amazing tour guide) was so professional and accommodating and we soon set off. I was even communicating via email with Kevin who was so kind about the situation - thanks again! Gozo is STUNNING and what better way to view it on a segway. Javier clearly has passion for his adopted country, and it shows. I got to see the beautiful landscape and learn some unique facts. Safety is paramount to him, and he was careful to guide us through some trickier sections. Never felt in danger at any point. Our lunch stop at the bakery was so lovely (the aroma as you enter the street is unmissable), and we even got to be bakers! Such a hospitable island with lovely people - as we were riding cars would politely wait behind us until it was safe to pass, and you’d get a smile from the locals. Would highly highly recommend this tour. My friend visited back in 2019, and clearly the standards have not dropped. Don’t delay, go ahead and book it now!!

  • This was a great way to see the island of Gozo! Did the tour in March so a lot of things are ‘off season’ but it was a great adventure none the less! Kevin did a pick up from the ferry - great way to start! Mark, our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. We rode about 25km and if you aren’t comfortable on a bike, this may not be the adventure for you. But if you love the outdoors and seeing the island in a unique way, this was so perfect!!!! Highly recommend!!

  • 5 star ratingFantastic segway tour My husband and I did the San Dimitri area tour and it was the highlight of my time in Malta. Kevin, who we communicated with to book the tour, was very responsive, and accommodating of a change to the plan. Our guide on the day, Javier, was great - he had a cheerful and friendly manner, explained clearly how to use the segways and told us interesting information about the places we visited. I'd only ever been on a segway once before, on flat tarmac roads, and it felt good to be a bit more challenged with some steep hills and off-road sections. I was a bit nervous initially but with a bit of time and Javier's guidance I relaxed and really enjoyed riding around this peaceful and beautiful island. Ta'Pinu Sanctuary is a must-see, even if you're not religious, and we also loved eating wild asparagus and sulla flowers that Javier picked for us. Highly recommended.

  • 5 star ratingOnce you have ridden a Segway, you will never want to walk again!!! We booked on the Salt Pans Tour and were not disappointed. Booking was easy, through a simple email. We met at the appointed time and were shown how to ride. Next stop was a carpark where Peter and Javier taught us how to control the Segways on hills (up and down) rough terrain and small steps. After we were all confident, we set off around Marsalforn bay to the salt pans. There were frequent stops where Peter gave us local information and we had time to take photos. Water bottles were provided in the bags attached to each Segway, this was very much appreciated. Towards the end of the tour, we were given the option to extend the tour for a small extra fee, we all agreed and must have been riding for about 3 hours or more in total. After the initial training, you forget that you have to do anything to 'drive' the Segway, it almost becomes part of you and you control it intuitively. They are so powerful they can climb steep hills and go pretty fast on the smoother surfaces (watch out for typical Gozitan pot holes!). A truly unique experience and well worth the money. Had it been more expensive, we would probably wouldn't have gone but it is priced very competitively and was the first activity of the holiday.
