Großartig, um einen Teil von Gozo zu erkunden Schon von Zuhause aus haben wir für unseren ersten Urlaubstag auf Gozo eine Segwaytour gebucht, um die nähere Umgebung unseres Urlaubsorts kennen zu lernen. Wir haben uns für die Strecke "Salt Pans to Ta’ Pinu" entschieden, die ca. zweieinhalb Stunden dauert und mit 35,00€ pro Person zu Buche schlägt - ein absolut fairer Preis!

Da wir in der Nebensaison auf Gozo waren, waren mein Mann und ich die einzigen Gäste bei der Segwaytour, es ging also sehr privat zu, was uns unheimlich gut gefallen hat. Der vereinbarte Treffpunkt war einfach zu erreichen und unser Segwayführer Xavier war großartig. Es gab für jeden von uns sogar einen Liter Wasser.

Nach einer kurzen Einweisung - wir sind beide schon Segway gefahren - mussten wir nur noch trainieren, bergauf und bergab zu fahren, aber auch damit fühlten wir uns schnell sicher, sodass wir mit der eigentlichen Tour loslegen konnten.
Die Tour führte uns an Qbajjar Bay und Xwejni Bay entlang zu den einzigartigen Salzpfannen Gozos. Weiter ging es zum Wied il-Mielah, einem beeindruckenden und natürlich entstandenem Felsentor mit einer nahe gelegenen Badebucht, die wir später noch einmal auf eigene Faust zum Schwimmen und Schnorcheln aufgesucht haben.
Danach ging es zur berühmten Basilika Ta’ Pinu und auf unseren Wunsch führte Xavier uns durch das sehr beeindruckende Gotteshaus und wusste auch dazu etwas zu erzählen.
Es ging durch einige kleine Ortschaften und die karge, aber dennoch wunderschöne Landschaft Gozos. Ohne diese Tour hätten wir uns wohl kaum so weit "verirrt".

Es war ein großartiges Erlebnis und hat uns bestens auf die kommenden Tage eingestimmt. Ich kann jedem Gozo-Urlauber nur wärmstens empfehlen, die Insel per Segway zu erkunden - es macht Spaß und man sieht sehr viel!

Brilliant We had such a good time on the first tour at Ta Cenc, we booked a second one along the Sanap cliffs. This activity is brilliant fun and we were very well guided by Xavier. None of us had been on a Segway before but we all found it pretty easy to get the hang of. Segway is a great 'action' activity for the kids, but you also get to see some amazing views with a guide who clearly loves the island and knows his stuff. We would thoroughly recommend this.

We highly recommend the trip to anyone wants to experience Gozo on bike We had a great e-bike tour with Derek where we saw beautiful nature and got to experience many fine spots in Gozo that we would not have come across otherwise. Derek was an excellent tour guide who was very good at telling about the different spots and about the island in general.

Best 15 euros I ever spent Me and my friends decided to go for a day in Gozo and decided that we wanted to do something different and we chose Segway. The instructor was on time and he was very helpful and patient with me and my friends. We all loved the tour and it was a different experience, and totally worth the 15 Euros. I also appreciate that the instructor took video s for us and that they were ready on the same say of our tour.

Fantastic tour We had a fantastic tour around north-western Gozo. We'd never ridden a segway before and were surprised how easy it was and how natural it felt after only a few minutes of instruction. The tour was very relaxed with frequent stops for Peter, our guide, to give us some history and for us to take photos. We ended up going well over the expected time but never felt at all rushed. Great value for money.
Highly recommended.

Best way to see Gozo! We loved this tour!! Gozo is very hilly so it was nice to have ebikes, and you can adjust the amount of power based on the difficulty of the terrain. Nice bikes, easy to ride, and helmets were included along with backpacks, sunscreen, water, fresh fruit, and pastries. The tour is customizable based on your interests and fitness level, so we went to the cliffs, the salt flats (which was like a natural terrain park), a beach with cliff jumping, and a few other amazing sights. Kevin was such an amazing tour guide and made sure everyone was comfortable, able to keep up, hydrated, and wearing sunscreen. He also takes great pictures and will explain bits of history like pointing out WWII bomb shelters and architecture of the knights of st john era. His dog is very cute too. Make sure to bring cash.

So much fun!! Did this with my mum and it was so funny!! Neither of us had done it before and it was brilliant to learn a new thing. The host was very friendly and even extended the tour for an extra €5 each. He was absolutely lovely and would 100% recommend to anyone 12+

The tour of the East side of Gozo was amazing. Derek was great. He made the experience very personalized. He explained a lot about the history of Gozo. He shared his own story with us. We learned a little Maltese. We swam at a beautiful beach. We saw many breathtaking views. It just kept getting better and better. We stopped at a 4th generation bakery. We ate fresh vegan Gozo Ftira overlooking the Mediterranean. The whole time he was very attentive, looking out for our safety. We would highly recommend this experience. It’s a must do.

Wonderful experience! Me & my friends really enjoyed the Segway tour at Sanap cliffs Munxar. Such a funfull experience, breathtaking views and a friendly tour guide ( segway owner). Amazing Peter is a fabulous guide with excellent knowledge of the island. He makes you feel comfortable and relaxed on the segway. Cannot recommend joining him on the tour enough. Only trouble is that I now need to sell my car/kidney to get a segway..

Must do it 6 young happy people in a group with a Peter was an awesome experience. Not just standing on a segway, but actually moving with your own body feels great. Peter knows lots of interesting stuff about island what adds additional value on whole experience.

Top class experience - 28/3/15 Decided to try one of these tours with my girlfriend spontaneously when in malta for a week, and we're both extremely happy we decided to! Kevin and Peter are great guys with a real passion for what they do. As it was our first time on a segway, we were given a quick lesson. Thanks to clear and easy to follow instructions, we were both comfortably zooming around in a matter of minutes!

We did the tour in Gharb, which allowed us to see the beautiful countryside. We were allowed to go at our own pace, with Peter telling us a few stories along the way. It was a truly amazing experience for a very reasonable price, and was one of the highlights of our trip to Malta. If you get the chance to do this in Gozo, I would definitely recommend it.

Cuando hicimos el primero, no teníamos ni idea de lo que era un segway , pero el guía y el personal de la compañía nos dieron un cursillo rápido y pudimos comprobar que son máquinas muy seguras,intuitivas, potentes y facilísimas de controlar, en pocos minutos pudimos salir por los caminos de Gozó y descubrir sus fantásticos paisajes con una rapidez e inmediatilidad que desconocíamos.
Es altamente recomendable su uso para visitas panorámicas de 6 a 15 km que se hacen en 1 o 2 horas.
Toda la familia disfrutó sin excepción i deseamos volver.

Segway tour from marsalffon to azure window with peter Peter was really patient and great while on the Segway tour, all five of us absolutely loved it, at first we had a bit of training with Peter 1 to 1 and then we had to practice going up and down hills and going on different surfaces and then we went on the tour. If we came again I would definitely do the tour again as we learnt so much about some of the parts of Gozo, I would recommend that if you came to Gozo or are a resident you should do this tour.

Kevin heeft passie voor zijn eiland en weet dat leuk over te brengen. Dankzij de e-bikes is geen heuvel te steil. Een aanrader.

Outstanding experience!! We did the Salt tour and it was absolutely fabulous. Peter was a fantastic guide and we saw parts of Gozo we would never have found ourselves. This is a must do if you visit Gozo. We started off as nervous Segway riders and with Peters expert tuition we ended up virtual experts! A perfect afternoon on a beautiful island.

So good we went back for another day. Kevin knows Gozo inside out and has a fun personality. It’s perfect balance between being guided and being flexible. If you’re comfortable on the bike you can ask to go on slightly rougher terrain. Apart from the bike ride you also get a few short stops to explain the local history. If you want to see most of Gozo in a day the ebike tour is the only way.

A great way to see Gozo We are both in our seventies and have not done much biking recently. The e bikes were easy to use and helped us get to places we could not have reached on our own.
Among other things we saw, we went along a cliff top path with sensational views, stopped at Xlendi for a something to eat and a a walk along the sea front while Dario (our guide) looked after the bikes. We had hoped to have a swim but it was a bit windy so we had an ice cream instead. We also visited a beautiful church, in Munxar I think - I could be wrong about that! All the roads were quiet and Dario made sure throughout that we were within our comfort zone physically, stopped at frequent intervals and generally looked after us brilliantly. Dario is amazingly knowledgeable about Gozo and speaks better English than us! On the morning before the ride we had time to visit the Citadel in Victoria, which is wonderful and at the end of the ride Kevin drove us back to the Fastferry to Valletta. All in all a great day. We would recommend the e bike ride as both a really enjoyable experience and a wonderful way of getting to know this beautiful island.

Amazing experience! Brilliant guide! We took the Salt Pans tour and took a swim in Wied il Ghasri. The guide Javier was a delight..he tought us calmy how to ride the segways. We thank him for his patience!

We had a great time with Kevin. Firstly he very kindly managed the meet up point given the late cancellation of another group, which worked perfectly for us. Bikes were in good shape, the route was great, really enjoyed the stories and the scenery. This is definitely the best way to explore Gozo

Super fun day on the island We met our Swiss friends at the ferry and decided to give them a taste of something different in Gozo that's been getting alot of good publicity. Kevin was very attentive and friendly and showed them how to use the Segways properly while also proved knowledgeable about several beautiful sites we managed to see along the way to the Sanap Cliffs. Highly recommend for those environmentally friendly tourists who want to leave nothing but footsteps. And he has several tours available spread around the island.
