  • This was one of my Malta trip highlights. Kevin was on time, friendly and caring. And always great to know a local that can tell you everything you want to know about Malta. The ebikes worked very well and made it virtually effortless to traverse the island. I think I'll stay in Gozo longer next time!

  • The Segway Tour with Kevin was really amazing. At first we had a short introduction how to drive with a Segway. After everyone felt comfortable we started the tour. It was really amazing, we had some stops and Kevin told us something about the area and the history. There was also a short Offroad part at the tour, that was really crazy. Never thought that it is possible to drive Offroad with a Segway. After the tour Kevin offered us a ride back to Victoria with his car. That was really nice, thanks for that. He also send us many photos and videos of the tour and gave us a list of restaurants we should try.
I can highly recommend this tour.

  • 5 star ratingExhilarating ride and views! Went for Marsalforn to Dwejra tour via Salt Pans. Highly recommended. Not a dull moment. Great views, good fun, some challenging rides! The strongpoint of the tour is the tour guide/Segway instructor/personal photographer who spared lots of time to make sure we had mastered the machine before setting out. Great also with explanations and generally taking care to make sure everyone gets a great deal of photos from his handy GoPro! Went in July, morning: sun/heat was high but bearable as long as you get sunscreen. All round an excellent experience.

  • 5 star ratingAmazing Qala tour with the fantastic guide Petr We did the Qala, North East Coast tour and we can highly recommend it especially on a sunny winter day. You will probably be lucky and no one else will be on the tour. We saw places of Gozo we wouldn't see without our brilliant guide Petr.
Before you start the tour you will get a really professional training how to ride the segway. Everybody in any age can do it. It is just fun and joy.
Petr also took pictures for us which he send us later. Thank you again for this cool and fantastic experience.

  • 5 star ratingWonderful! My family, including my daughters ages 11 and 14 enjoyed every minute of our tour. We chose the Salt Pans tour and were very pleased. After experiencing many rough roads driving around Malta, I was grateful for the relatively smooth surfaces throughout most of the tour. There were a few rough spots but we took them slowly so they were manageable. We stopped periodically to get a closer look at some magnificent scenery and to stretch our legs, which is absolutely necessary on a 2 hour Segway tour. Many of the places we stopped we would have never seen on our own as they are not mentioned in the tourist literature and were some of the most spectacular of our trip.

Kevin was informative, helpful and friendly. He responded promptly to my initial inquiries and was a terrific guide. He also has a great photographic eye and took some wonderful photos of our family during the tour. His tour prices are very reasonable.

  • 5 star ratingWhat a great holiday adventure! I couldnt believe all the 5 star reviews, but they lived up to it and everything written about them is true! Booking was simple and fast, Peter was the guide for our party of 4 and we did the 3 hour Salt Pans tour with optional swim time at Wied il Ghasri. It was furnace hot, so that was welcome. Peter also managed the trip so we did that later when we needed it more!

None of us had ever been on a segway before and after some instruction we got over the nerves and had a blast! These 'vehicles' are great technology and enviornmentally friendly too. The Staff really live the green life.
    Definitely would do this again!!

  • Wow this was amazing. My mom and I had the best of time. The places you see are magical, and this tour is the perfect way to skirt away from all the tourist traps and other tourists themselves. Kevin is just a great guy to get to know, and he’s incredibly attentive to every guest’s need. The views are out of this world, and it truly feels like exploring places very few people have explored before. Come to Gozo, meet Kevin, and you’ll want to come back!

  • 5 star ratingFreedom on 2 wheels This was my second experience with Gozo Segway and definitely they lived up to their name. This time we wheeled down by Sannat cliffs and down to Kantra and Mgarr ix-Xini. What is most impressive besides the views is how Javier loops you into the Gozitan culture without being a native of the island himself. He is great! This is an experience you should not miss. Keep it up guys!!

  • 5 star ratingSmashing Segway for going away Gozo! I've experienced Segway before, in the UK in grass and in France on Snow, but it was worth doing again as the trip around up to the Salt Pans really is a great way to get around the Island. The training was fun and confidence building. Kevin and Peter really look after you.

Am seriously considering getting one as an environmentally friendly way if getting around when travelling in my mobile home. Top experience and reasonably priced.

  • 5 star ratingBest way to see GOZO We saw this tour advertised in the hotel and decided to give it a try. I have always wanted to try a segway and here was the perfect opportunity

There are several tours available to visit different parts of the Island varying from an hour to 2 hours in length. Recommend you book on arrival as the tours are very popular, we were fortunate and got a cancellation for our last day.

We were collected from our hotel by the owner of the business and taken to a village square where we were instructed on how to ride these amazing vehicles and given time to practice at our own pace before the tour began.

Our guide was very friendly, knowledgeable and was happy to stop at any time for photos, and in our case an icecream at Xlendi bay.

The tours are good value for money and you get to go off the main roads and see more of Gozo than just the tourist sports. Much nicer than being stuck on a bus

  • Kevin wasn't there. Leigh was in charge of the tour. Leigh is just the best guide you can have on Gozo. He's British but grew up in Malta, so he knows the language, the culture, and all the best spots in Gozo. I was so lucky because I was alone with Leigh on the tour so he was able to adapt the tour for me. It was my first time on these e-bike, and it's just FANTASTIC !!! You can go everywhere, being active but at the same time it's so easy 😉 You feel like a Tour de France champion : you can climb mountains without any effort !!! We did the all tour of Gozo, went for a swim under the cliffs, cycled on charming paths away from the roads; we had a lovely lunch on a small beach. It was just FANTASTIC !! really ! And Leigh is so friendly !!!! Thank you!!! Grazzi ! Just do It 😉

AU T (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) P !!!

  • 5 star ratingExcellent Experience! To be honest we were a bit concern if segway was the right choice for our day in Gozo yesterday since we had our two kids with us. But once we actually got on the machines, Peter, our guide, made it look very easy and we were totally hooked in the tour through the streets of Marsalforn, Gozo. It is a highly recommended experience, kids still talking about it and we look forward for our next one! Keep it up Gozo Segway Tours!

  • 5 star ratingExcellent service and very enjoyable My wife, daughter and her boyfriend had a wonderful time with Gozo Segways. We had been segwaying before on Malta, but then we had been on pavements. This was more off road, and small byways. Peter was a brilliant guide, ensuring everyone was safe and competent on the segways, and very informative as well.
Unfortunately my wife had an accident, but this was nothing to do with either the company or segways...she simply slipped on a slope on one of the stop offs and fell badly on her arm and was unable to continue. Peter took great care of us, and then called Kevin to pick us up (in a very remote spot). Kevin's wife then took us to Gozo hospital and his wife, Kevin and Peter all came to the hospital to check on us. They even took us back to the ferry port, going well beyond what we could have expected. I think this episode (my wife had fractured her shoulder) tells you a lot about this company- they were excellent, and gave us an enjoyable day despite our accident. I would strongly recommend them and will certainly go with them again next time we are in Malta. Thank you Peter Kevin and Kevin's wife (sorry can't recall your name!)

  • 5 star ratingFun way to see Gozo We took the late afternoon tour starting from Santa Lucia, and drove on a mix of quiet streets and rough tracks, with great views down towards the Azure Window and Xlendi. Segwaying gives you a different take on the landscape and makes a fun challenge (three out of six people fell off at various points, but no one was hurt.) Our guide Javier gave us a very generous amount of time; he is also the coolest man on Gozo 😊

  • 4 star ratingAn ecological place of high importance As we own a small apartment on the Island of Gozo, which we purchased for our retirement days, we make it a point to seek and find places of interest to visit on regular weekends. It was a lovely sunny day when we decided to head towards Saint Raphael Lake (San Raflu). The lake lies in a small rural area just outside the locality of Kerċem, at the south-west of the island of Gozo. It is approximately 148 metres above sea level and it is surrounded by two of the most important bays in Gozo; the Dwejra Bay to the left, and the Xlendi Bay to the right. The whole area is situated on layers of Upper, Middle and Lower Globigerina limestone (Franka ta’ Fuq, tan-Nofs u ta’ Taħt), which make up the base of the whole San Raflu area. The view is breath taking.

San Raflu has always been a center for agricultural activity, which has grown in the twentieth century. It is called San Raflu u Sarraflu most probably after the Archangel St. Raphael, although the reason for this is quite unknown. The area centers around a man-made hole which gathers water and is home to several different marine organisms and other freshwater forms of life, such as ducks, fish, and frogs. Originally, the Maltese native frog (Discoglossus pictu) inhabited the pond. As the soil is quite fertile it also boasts of a diversity of flora and fauna throughout the year, making it an ecological place of high importance.

From what one can notice, the farming techniques used in the area are on the whole more primitive in respect of another agricultural area, and this may very positive, as contamination of the soil is being avoided. Certainly, the quarrying industry is the most active in the area, with workers depending on it on a daily basis, however, this has not interfered with the natural landscape of the area.

It was an enjoyable day of sightseeing which came to an end after we stayed around to feed the numerous ducks with freshly baked bread bought from a bakery nearby.
