Ein highlight auf Gozo: Eine Segwaytour mit Gozo Segway Tours Wir waren eine Männergruppe von 7, im Alter von 63 bis 80 Jahre alt. Die Segway Tour wurde von Deutschland telefonisch problemlos gebucht. Bei Kevin hatten wir einen freundlichen und zu vorkommenden Ansprechpartner. Als Buchungsbestätigung bekamen wir prompt eine persönliche und freundliche Mail.
Überpünktlich erschien unser Trainer und Führer Peter am verabredeten Ort Marsalforn. Von uns hat noch keiner auf einem Segway gestanden, geschweige gefahren. Jeder von uns wurde von Peter einzeln und sorgfältig, mit Geduld mit dem Segway vertraut gemacht. Nach wenigen Minuten konnte jeder von uns das Gerät händeln und selbstständig die ersten Runden mit dem Segway drehen trotz Sprachbarriere. Unser Oldie Horst, fast 80 Jahre alt, hatte große Bedenken auf das Ding zu steigen. Aber Peter hat ihm alle Scheu genommen und auch er konnte nach wenigen Minuten das Segway beherrschen. Gratulation Horst und Danke Peter. Die Tour war großartig und hat uns allen viel Spaß gemacht. Der Preis war angemessen. Gerne wieder. Ein großes Dankeschön an Peter und Kevin. Wir können diese Segway Tour nur empfehlen. Auch für ältere Semester.

Best day of the holiday We went to Gozo specifically to seek out areas not necessarily known to us before. The tour allowed us to do this and more. We opted for the tour around Gharb etc, and throughly enjoyed every second of it. Our preference of the sunset tour was already fully booked however the one at 11am was stunning. The staff were incredibly accommodating and gave us full training before leaving. Peter was especially helpful, knowledgeable, funny and allowed us to take the tour at our own pace emphasising that it was infact our tour and could ask to stop as much and for as long as we liked. He was constantly taking photos of everyone to ensure we had evidence of an amazing morning out, and free of charge. Found ourselves at one point wishing we had bought water to only have Peter point out that there was already some packed for us which was wonderfully unexpected.
Would do this again any day and advise for anyone wanting to see parts of Gozo you may miss if just following the books!
Our two hours flew by. Well worth the money.

The bike trip was super nice and surpassed my expectations! It was my first ever bike trip and I was delighted. We saw the island of Gozo in a way we would not have been able to on our own.
Kevin was super communicative and everything was perfectly well arranged. The tried bakery was super yummy!

Best day of our holiday We did the day tour with Peter. It was a beautiful spring day and we spent a good 5+ hours going across country and seeing parts of the island that is only accessible if y0u are a keen walker.
The segway's are easy to get used to and if you have ever ridden a motorbike then you will find it really easy. The training is not part of the tour so it does not matter how long it takes you to get confident on the segway.The Segways are very quiet, sound like a milk float!
We stopped for drinks and pizza as part of the tour, we also took our own water.
Peter was very happy to modify the tour to what ever we wanted to do, he took lots of photos and a video that was e mailed to us within 3 days. The cost for the tour including refreshments and video was £44.00 uk pounds each and well worth it. You do not have to be fit just able to stand. A word of advice, don't take a heavy rucksack as after a while you will feel it on your back - Peter was kind enough to carry mine for the duration of the day-nothing was too much trouble.

Best way to see Gozo! We loved this tour!! Gozo is very hilly so it was nice to have ebikes, and you can adjust the amount of power based on the difficulty of the terrain. Nice bikes, easy to ride, and helmets were included along with backpacks, sunscreen, water, fresh fruit, and pastries. The tour is customizable based on your interests and fitness level, so we went to the cliffs, the salt flats (which was like a natural terrain park), a beach with cliff jumping, and a few other amazing sights. Kevin was such an amazing tour guide and made sure everyone was comfortable, able to keep up, hydrated, and wearing sunscreen. He also takes great pictures and will explain bits of history like pointing out WWII bomb shelters and architecture of the knights of st john era. His dog is very cute too. Make sure to bring cash.

So much fun! We had never ridden Segways before, but Javier was an excellent teacher, and omg are they fun! It is a great way to see the beautiful island of Gozo, especially with a guide as knowledgeable & friendly as Javier. He loves his home, and it shows in the tour. Highly recommend.

Fantastic half day e-bike guided tour of Gozo. We booked this trip directly with Kevin . It ended up being a private guided tour with Kevin and the two of us and we did almost all of the south and west of the island in around 4 hours. Good quality e-bikes . My husband is a keen cyclist whereas I am not a very regular cyclist but it was not difficult even though some hills were quite steep. Kevin ( who is Maltese) was a fantastic guide both informative and fun. We cycled to all sorts of places you would never find on your own and it included cycling along farm tracks and through a river bed. We loved every minute of this activity and would highly recommend it to be able to see and appreciate the beauty and charm of Gozo. Next time we will ask Kevin to guide us to the north and east of the island !!

Just on the ferry back to Malta from Gozo after simply the best day ever!!
Our guide, Lee, took us through all the basic information to ensure we knew about riding ebikes. He checked our stamina and fitness then gave us a selection of routes.
We ended up doing 30Kms of riding both on and off road.
We stopped for views and information, saw some stunning scenery that we would never have experienced without our guide and having stopped s couple of times at local bars for water stops we broke for lunch at a wonderful bakers and were treated to traditional Gozotian dish akin to pizza - but so much better !! And incredibly very few calories according to our guide!!
Having finished our tour Lee also dropped us back to our car together with directions for some of the other sites on the island that we hadn’t seen.
All in all a truly wonderful and memorable experience - well worth the money and surprisingly, as we were of substantial years (56 and 70) surprisingly easy!!
If you’ve never ridden an ebike before TRY IT!!

Fantastic as always This is a must do activity on the island, Javier is so knowledgable and passionate about Gozo, we have been on a lot of Segway tours and this is the best.

You see a lot with the ebike tour. It’d make it even better to learn a little more about the island’s history. Even just at the tour start, to know what you’re looking at.

What an experience First go on a segway and what a great experience. Kevin and Peter were so welcoming and friendly. Peter was a good tutor, very informative and passionate about the island of Gozo. We all had a excellent time and a great way to spend a morning exploring a part of the island. We did the Salt Pans tour with the extra half hour swim at Wied I-Ghasri which was so refreshing after segwaying in the hot sun, well recommended to do so. This is a must for anyone to do when visiting Gozo, as we certainly will ( another of the tours) when we return. Well done and thanks again Peter and Kevin, good on you both.

The best way to see Gozo We spent four days on Gozo and the Segway tour was the best way to see the island. Although Gozo may seem small, its quite hilly and can take a while to get around without a car so Segways were perfect. Peter & Kevin were both so friendly and knowledgeable about the island. I would definitely do this again if we visit in the future as it was the highlight of the trip for me.

Great and fun way to see the island! We booked the "Salt Pans to Ta'Pinu" tour and we loved it. So much fun and we could get to see very nice places and amazing views. I totally recommend this experience not only to tourists but also to residents, it's a great plan! Thanks to Peter for being so kind and helpful 🙂

Sanap Cliffs & Xlendi Tour war super! Wir (24 & 21) können eine Segway-Tour auf Gozo nur empfehlen. Es ist super leicht mit Segways zu fahren und eine gute Art, die Insel zu besichtigen. Der Guide Xavier war sehr nett und konnte uns auch auf der Strecke ein bisschen was über die Insel und über die Natur erzählen. Die Sanap Cliffs waren überwältigend und Xlendi ist ein schöner, kleiner Touristenort am Fuße der Klippen. Während des Sonnenuntergangs war es eine besondere Erfahrung. Bei einem Preis von 25€ muss man eigentlich nicht lange überlegen. Must-do auf Gozo!

Highly recommended. We received great service from beginning to end! Booking was fast and easy. Kevin responded to my booking request in a prompt and professional manner. We opted for the Sanap Cliffs tour at sunset. It was a cloudy and windy day but that did not take away from the great experience we had on the tour. Our tour guide Javier was great. Super friendly and informative but most importantly put everyone's safety first. I would highly recommend Gozo Segway Tours!

This was a first class experience from start to finish that was tailored for our specific needs and wishes. The guide, Derek, was extremely knowledgeable and considerate, showing us many hidden treasures. The time flew by with fascinating back stories. The e-bikes were brand new and made for a great tour.

Such a great experience, and one of the highlights of the trip to Malta. Kevin is super friendly and accommodating, and made sure everyone was comfortable. This was a fantastic way to explore the island. I was a little nervous since I haven't biked in a while, but using an e-bike made things simple. Highly recommend booking this trip.

Paul and I had a great time on this tour. Dario was a super guide, giving us good information as we went round the island. We loved the beautiful views of the island and particularly enjoyed the stops for snacks at very scenic little bays.
Dario was very good at making sure we kept safe and I appreciated very much his kindness and thoughtfulness towards an older inexperienced E bike rider! I would highly recommend the trip. Well worth the money.

The really really must in Gozo. The north tour and the Salt Pans was the big surprise, a heavenly place out of common. Kevin is great professional and very friendly and funny in the same time. I would recommend definetly

Steve and Kevin were both great. Steve was our guide and was knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. The E Bikes were great but the regular ones seemed to be easier to use than the bikes designed for women. I would totally recommend this tour.

Amazing experience This tour is a great way to see Gozo. We did the tour from Marsalforn which includes the salt pans. Our tour guide Mario was great fun showing us all the hidden treasures of the island!! Would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a fun was to see Gozo!

Great experience with Javier exploring the salt pans Just returned from a great weekend break in Gozo and the highlight for the family was the tour on the Segways from Marsalforn to the Salt Pans, Wied Il Mielah, Gharb and inferno valley. We are a family of four, with two girls aged 14 and 17, everyone really enjoyed the trip as the Segway is an amazing piece of machinery that can be handled by most people, the area is one of the most stunning in Gozo and Javier is a great guide, very welcoming, a good teacher, full of enthusiasm for what he does, with great knowledge to add to the tour. I would highly recommend that you take this tour if you are looking for something a little bit adventurous to get you off the beaten track and a very personal experience that you won't forget.

Great Segway experience We thoroughly enjoyed our Segway tour with Peter. Our initial training was very good and prepared us well for the combination of road and off road tracks, dispelling any nerves that we may have had at the start. The sights were amazing and Peter was very informative of the area and it's history. This was a great experience and one of the highlights of our holiday. Highly recommend this experience.
