MUST DO - Best Segway Tour all over Europe Gozo Salt Pans Segway Tour - ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED!!! We’ve had a perfect tour with Kevin. He absolutely made the tour special. Just to name a few things that made this tour so special: flexibility, fun, hidden spots, plenty of stops to rest, length of the tour (3+ hours!), water provided, good condition of the Segways, price, recommendations for further trips/restaurants/etc... Fun and interesting! We did the salt plans tour and it turned out it was just the two of us! This was lovely because it gave us change to go at our own pace and be happy with the Segway (one of us was more nervous than the other!!) Peter was our tour guide, he was very friendly and had great knowledge. It was a brilliant way to get a tour of some of the island with our short time there. Would definitely recommend it too anyone!

Highlight of our holiday Our afternoon tour of the north coast was easily the best part of our holiday on Gozo. Communication before the tour and organisation of the tour itself are all excellent. Being on a segway is fun, but what makes the Gozo Segway Tours experience particularly good is that the routes are really well designed so that you see lots of the sights on the island and Peter our guide gave us loads of really interesting information about everything that we saw without turning it in to a lecture. The tour struck the perfect balance between the fun of the segway experience and the interest of exploring the island. I'm in my 50s and I had two teenage boys with me, one very sporty, the other with Aspergers Syndrome and not in the slightest bit sporty. The fact that we all independently listed the tour as the best part of our holiday shows the breadth of appeal of the tour.

Surpassed our expectations My husband and had a fantastic 2-hour semi-private tour with Javier who is every bit of a wonderful guide as described in other reviews. He really tailors his tour to who you are and is so knowledgeable not just about history, but also with the flora, of particular interest to me. It's definitely on our bucket list to return and do another Segway tour and also to try out the other adventures offered.

Great fun Our guide took us to places we are unlikely to have found/visited during our 3 hour tour. The seaways are very easy to use and one feels confident riding them within just a few minutes. They were surprisingly easy to use even over seriously uneven surfaces. We had a ball!

Brilliant! Very well organised, you start off with clear instructions on how to use your Segway and a practice run, then you're off on your tour. It was great fun, we saw loads of things we wouldn't have found on our own. The tour guide was really friendly and helpful too. Definitely recommend!

Pour mes 59 ans en ce jour je me suis vraiment fait plaisir car le s'egway fut une découverte , assez proche du ski avec en plus un frein (poids sur les talons) et une direction assurée par le guidon que l'on penche comme un joystick pour virer à gauche à droite .Merci aux bonnes explications de Ravières ,à son sourire ,sa bonne humeur et surtout sa patience lors des passages sur les chemins caillouteux

Absolutely awesome!! First time we had tried Segway and absolutely love it. Was so much fun. We were in a group of five and instructor/guide was brilliant. If you are in Gozo don’t miss out. You get to see some of the island you might not have done otherwise and have a lot of fun!!

10/10 fantastic We did the segway one day and also the ebike tour with GozoSegwayTours the next day on our recent trip to Gozo. The whole family loved the ebike with Kevin, our guide. It was thrilling and a real adrenaline adventure. Kevin took us to some amazing sites and wizzing around on the ebikes was such fun for my teen children. A really great way to take in the stunning Gozo sites, getting fit at the same time. It was a real highlight of our Gozo holiday. An outstanding experience: well done Kevin

Amazing experience. Good quality bikes. Our guide Steve was very friendly, accommodative and a good storyteller. He explained and showed us different styles of the architecture/ design of the Gozotan balconies. He was very knowledgable about local flora. He was always very mindful of safety as well!

We visited many nice spots- especially beautiful was the way along the Salt Pans in the glorious backdrop of the Mediterranean! The shrine of the blessed virgin of ta-pino was also a very beautiful highlight. It was nice experience overall. Highly recommended.

Our favorite activity while in Malta We spent 5 days in Malta and the 3 hour salt pans Segway tour was our favorite activity of the trip. Javier was super personable and the tour had many stops along the way through the beautiful Gozo countryside. We were mostly on small farm road, so did not have to dodge cars and traffic. The roads were of varying terrain - smooth, bumpy, hilly, flat - all of which made it so fun. Kevin was great to communicate with via WhatsApp and was helpful with other trip planning questions we had with our travel planning in Malta. We have done Segway tours in 4 countries and this was by far our favorite. Don't miss the unique way to see Gozo.

Amazing experience I had wanted to do something like this for a long time and im glad i have now, was really fun and Peter was a fantastic guide and he was really patient with 5 of us who had never done this before. i recommend this to everyone and ask for Peter as your guide

The Segway Tour with Kevin was really amazing. At first we had a short introduction how to drive with a Segway. After everyone felt comfortable we started the tour. It was really amazing, we had some stops and Kevin told us something about the area and the history. There was also a short Offroad part at the tour, that was really crazy. Never thought that it is possible to drive Offroad with a Segway. After the tour Kevin offered us a ride back to Victoria with his car. That was really nice, thanks for that. He also send us many photos and videos of the tour and gave us a list of restaurants we should try.
I can highly recommend this tour.

E-bikes, the best way to see Gozo! Me and my brother hired E-bikes to see the island and it turned out to be the best 2 days of the holiday!

Fantastic customer service throughout, including dropping the bikes to our house and also Kevin coming to rescue after a couple of punctures, but he arrived smiling and joking, fixed the bikes and got us on our way promptly.

With regards to the E-bikes themselves I do not have a bad word to say, they were incredible! I don't think I will be able to get on a normal bike again they were so much fun! The electric assistance makes even Gozo's most brutal of hills enjoyable. As Kevin said "these bikes allow you to cycle up the steepest hill, whilst smoking a cigarette!" The batteries lasted all day, 8am-6pm. Helmets and locks and a quick lesson all included.

The scenery of Gozo is magnificent and these bikes allow you to reach beaches and coves that would be much harder in a car or on the bus, and for the price we paid per day it was absolutely incredible value.

So if youre heading to Gozo, have a sense of adventure and wish to see the island in all its glory, whilst having a great deal of fun in the process...HIRE SOME E-BKIES!!! I could not recommend them highly enough.

Amazing way to discover Gozo. Kevin took us to some magical place and tried to accommodate for everyone in the group. A bit of off-road, some hill climbing on turbo mode and lots of spots to stop for a quick dive into the sea. Great day in the saddle!

This was a first class experience from start to finish that was tailored for our specific needs and wishes. The guide, Derek, was extremely knowledgeable and considerate, showing us many hidden treasures. The time flew by with fascinating back stories. The e-bikes were brand new and made for a great tour.

Super Segway Gozo Tour - highly recommended I arranged a tour for my wife and girls after a recommendation from a friend who lives in Malta. We were not disappointed. The Segways arrived on time with Kevin and Peter attending at Gharb Town Square. After an excellent training session around the square and the back streets of Gharb we set off with Peter on an idyllic tour of the area. The streets and lanes were quiet so we didn't have any problems with traffic or people. Peter had an excellent knowledge of the area and local landmarks. We were delighted to see the second Azure window at Weid il-Mielah. We returned to Gharb thoroughly delighted with the experience. Highly recommended - would book again.

Amazing way to see Gozo We were very well looked after by Javier who was a joy to be guided by. We took the cross country tour which we thought was a lovely way to see the island and spend an afternoon. Highly recommended!

Salt Pans Tour Nach einer kurzen Einführung und ausprobieren des Segways ging es los in Richtung der Salt Pans. Der Guide erzählte uns viel von der Insel und den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Leider war es sehr windig an diesem Tag und an der Küste recht kalt auf dem Segway (also je nach Wetter an eine Jacke denken!). Wir vier Teilnehmer durften selber entscheiden, wenn wir einen Stopp einlegen wollten, um Fotos zu schiessen oder etwas zu trinken. An jedem Segway war ein kleines Täschchen montiert, in welches zum Beispiel die Sonnenbrille und der Fotoapparat verstaut werden konnten.
Alles in allem war es eine tolle Art, einen Teil der Insel besser kennenzulernen. Es empfiehlt sich, feste Schuhe (keine Flipflops!) zu tragen und darauf zu achten, keine langen Kleider zu tragen, die sich in den Rädern verfangen könnten.

Joyful, friendly and informative trip around Gozo Simply put, I highly recommend this tour, especially during the first days of your stay in Malta. It sets a great mood. The crew of Kevin and Javier are very friendly. Javier was our guide and he's a great guy. All the introduction about managing Segway was given in a very patient way. Maybe he did this intro 1000s of time before, but for me it felt like it was the 1st time - that level of depth, engagement and patience. We were a group of 5 people together with Javier and it (the size) felt perfect. We used to make stops where Javier would tell some story about the place or plant or tradition. So, it wasn't just a ride, he does try to make your day as best as he can. Since driving a Segway can be tricky, especially if you are a novice, it's not recommended to take pictures while driving. Javier had no problem of taking our camera and filming us while we were driving, thus both making our ride safe and providing memories of the trip.
The route we have chosen is called "Sanap Cliffs, Munxar" the "Optional route" (1 hour 30 minutes). This is a very beautiful destination. It takes your through amazing views of the cliffs. The entire route is exciting. Javier is a pro at what he does. And everything was on time, no delays. Negotiation was a breeze as well. A bonus: a bag in the front of a Segway contains a bottle of water for your to drink at no extra cost. So, if you read this Javier, hi from Oleg and Anastasia 😉 We thank you for a wonderful trip. And thank you Kevin too for a warn welcome. Keep on doing what you do.

A must do adventure when in Gozo. Our guide Lee is a Gozitan so he had great insider knowledge and added local flavor, i.e. delicious pastries from a 100+ year old bakery Mekren. The bikes were in excellent shape, pick up on time, and itinerary just enough excitement mixed with fabulous views and swims you would not otherwise know of. Lee was congenial, has great positive energy and is a delightful man. Great memories!

The best way to discover Gozo. My first e-bike trip. Extra power from the engine is very useful in the mountains. A very friendly tour guide showed some interesting places. I definitely recommend 🙂

We had a great time with Kevin. Since we had a limited time in Gozo, we were looking for the best way to explore the island and voila, e-bike tour was the optimal option. It was my first time on an e-bike but it was very convenient and easy to handle. We were able to go to places only known to the locals and truly experience a gozitan life. Highly recommended!!

The best way to spend your day ! Amaizing experiance ... Definatly try it out. You need 10 min to understand all about it, and then you don't want to get off from it!

Fantastic fun Booked for 10.00 and guys arrived 10 minutes before! We were taught to use the Segways in a quiet area, individually, and given some practice time. We then set off with our tour leader, Peter who was very warm and friendly. He took us to places we had never seen and we are regular visitors to Gozo. Good information about history and natural history. Great fun using the Segways. We will most certainly book another trip. Very good value too. The trip was supposed to be 2 and a half hours, but we actually spent over 3! Thank you to Segway tours for a brilliant birthday trip!
